"We must condemn efforts, including by States, to use religion to justify, sustain and sponsor terrorism against other countries", Minister of External Affairs Sushma Swaraj said in a speech at the BRICS Ministerial Meeting on the sidelines of UN General Assembly. Meanwhile, India's External Affairs Minister (EAM) Sushma Swaraj said that there can't be a justification for any act of terrorism.

He also waned, "India does venture across the LoC, or acts upon its doctrine of "limited" war against Pakistan, it will evoke a strong and matching response".
