Police said that they're considering Prince armed and unsafe.
Authorities are reporting that there are multiple injuries and are asking people to avoid the area.
A manhunt was underway for 37-year-old Radee Labeeb Prince, who was associated with the granite business where the shootings took place, said Harford County Sheriff Jeffrey Gahler. He said deputies were on the scene within four minutes of the report of a shooting. Further details about the Wilmington shooting, including whether anyone was killed or injured, weren't immediately available.
The Wilmington Police Department said in a news release Wednesday afternoon that officers are searching for Radee Labeeb Prince.
"We do not believe, in this incident here, that he had any assistance whatsoever", Gahler said.
"I think they were just so scared, they didn't (call 911)".
By 10:15 a.m., he said, he and six other customers and employees were locked inside the store and could see emergency personnel outside.
Davis said all five victims were employees and that the attack appeared to have been targeted.

By clicking on the walking option, you'd even be shown the calories in equivalence to mini cupcakes (of all things). The app tallied calories in confectionary units: one mini cupcake equalling 110 calories.
The wounded were in critical condition, according to a spokeswoman for the University of Maryland Medical Center's R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore. The victim was rushed to the hospital suffering a gunshot wound to the head. Gahler gave no motive for the shooting and said Prince had fled in a black GMC Acadia with DE license plates.
"The killer remains on the loose", Hogan said.
The FBI is assisting local authorities in the hunt for Prince.
It's believed that Prince has an extensive criminal record in DE and Maryland.
Prince faced several gun charges in March 2015 in Cecil County, including being a felon in possession of a firearm and carrying a handgun in vehicle. Court records showed he had been fired from a Maryland job earlier this year after allegedly punching a co-worker and threatening other employees. Use extreme caution if you see him.
The man said Prince did not get physical with him, but wrote: "I do not want to wait until he will". "They had a look of terror", he said.
