For Monday's Paris Games Week presentation, Capcom brought along a little something from Tokyo Games Show, showing off some more Monster Hunter World. You'll be able to hunt the Great Jagras, an Anjanath and an armored Barroth. Yep, you'll be able to use Aloy gear within the game, as you can glimpse at in the above trailer!
Monster Hunter fans looking forward to Capcom's Monster Hunter World for the PS4 can expect a demo that will be launched on December 9 to 12. Making the character playable for Monster Hunter: World should be a treat for those that adored the lead. In addition to brand new footage of the Rotten Vale, Sony announced the PS4 exclusive armor and weapon set based on Aloy from Horizon Zero Dawn.
Seen in the trailer below, Aloy takes on her signature outfit as she tackles dragons and other monsters - that, frankly, aren't too much bigger than the ones she would take on in her own game. Equipping the full armor set will make your character look just like Aloy, facial likeness and all. After completing the Horizon Zero Dawn collaboration event quest, which is planned to be distributed to online players post launch, special materials can be obtained to forge collaboration equipment. "Details on the exact timing and availability of the Horizon Zero Dawn collaboration quest will be revealed soon". The deeper players journey into the inner layers of the Rotten Vale, the tougher the environment gets with a risky and toxic mist blanketing the land obscuring the perils that lurk nearby until the very last minute. It's gonna be a wild ride, Monster Hunters! Hunters can fearless the beast alone or with their team of four hunters.
