A Facebook post from Fort Bend County Sheriff Troy Nehls said the owner of a truck with a "F-k Trump and F-k you for voting for him" sticker may be violating a "Disorderly Conduct" law. The Facebook post has since been deleted after receiving nearly 20,000 comments and more than 10,000 shares, but no license plate number was visible in the photo.
A Texas sheriff wants to charge a local woman with disorderly conduct for putting a giant anti-Trump sticker on her truck - but prosecutors say he's spinning his wheels.
In the comments, Nehls also had posted the legal definition of disorderly conduct in Texas.
"I don't think people are offended, and if they are, they just need to take a deep breath, change the channel, drive by the vehicle, and get on with their lives", Wice said.
"I'm offended that a sheriff in the USA would harass an American citizen over political speech", comments Jason.
What the message lacks in wit it apparently made up for in offense, with Nehls saying he had received "numerous calls regarding the offensive display" from citizens hoping that the driver's foul mouth and truck can be washed clean by the law.
"My kids can read, and I don't want this garbage in front of them", one user said. "We don't need to go there". "If you know who owns this truck or it is yours, I would like to discuss it with you".

"I drive it all the time on a daily basis", Forsenca said, adding that she shares the truck with her husband.
The owner of the truck with a 'F_k Trump sticker has been arrested, according to her husband.
"Since the owner of the truck has been identified, the Sheriff took down the post", a Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office spokesperson said Thursday.
Fonseca said that she has no plans to remove the sticker, even though people sometimes shake their head at it and officers have pulled her over before realizing they had no concrete reasons for writing her a ticket.
"It's not to cause hate or animosity", Fonseca told the Chronicle.
But Nehls, who is considering a run for a seat in Congress as a Republican candidate next year, says the sticker is inflammatory.
