The employee, Jami Cantor, worked as a wardrobe stylist from 2006 through October 2016, when she was dismissed.
Cantor's allegations, which claim that Faulk groped her, asked her invasive questions about her sex life and pulled out his genitals while demanding oral sex, were submitted as part of a lawsuit against NFL Enterprises.

Eric Weinberger, the president of the Bill Simmons Media Group and a former NFL Network executive, was suspended by the media group as a result of allegations made about him in the lawsuit. Plaintiff complained to the National Football League, but nothing was done until Plaintiff told the National Football League she would work in the hallway. In addition, she claimed former player Donovan McNabb harassed her on the job.
Faulk has been suspended by the NFL Network while it investigates sexual harassment allegations against him. She also described receiving explicit texts from former NFL Network analyst Donovan McNabb, who now appears on ESPN.
Taylor is accused of sending Cantor sexually inappropriate pictures of himself and video of himself masturbating in the shower.
Cantor also complained about her working conditions, including the network's failure to reimburse her for expenses and a lack of compensation for her hours. He also pressed his crotch against Cantor's shoulder and asked her to touch it, according to the complaint. Representatives for Faulk, Evans and Taylor did not immediately respond to requests for comment. Her lawyer Laura Horton said, "It's outrageous conduct and I fully intend to hold the NFL Network responsible".
