TyLon Pittman, 5, "arrests" the Grinch for attempting to steal Christmas alongside officer Lauren Develle at Byram Police Department on Monday, Dec. 18, 2017. Currently, the Grinch is in a holding cell somewhere in MS for, presumably, plotting to steal Christmas and identity theft.
"I just want to tell you something", Tylon told the operator during the recorded call. "Every Christmas morning, my dad wears these Grinch trousers", she told reporters.
"He calls people all the time", said Tylon's mother Teresa Brown-Pittman.
'I kind of find it really amusing.
"TyLon's brother, who is home from the air force, chose to post a video of his little brother's call to the police on Facebook".
United States wields UN veto over status of Jerusalem
Reacting to the veto, Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu took to Twitter to thank Haley and Trump for their support. This has infuriated the Palestinians and Arab countries, which have strongly protested against the United States move.
The boy added: 'I want y'all to come back to my house and take him to jail'.
Christmas isn't going to be ruined on THIS five-year-old's watch.
"I'm going to say put your hands behind your back and get down on the ground, then when he gets on the ground, I'm gonna say, 'Why are you stealing Christmas?' " he said. But before they finished the job, another Grinch stole them, the Sedgwick County Sheriff's Office said.
According to the Mississippi News Now report, TyLon released the Grinch from his holding cell after he decided the Grinch had enough time to think about his actions. Thank you to Officer Develle and BPD for not only making my little brother's day but for showing him that being an officer isn't just about stopping crime.
Thompson said he told TyLon that when he is 21, he can fill out an application to be a real officer.
