Ms Falkholt and her sister Annabelle were pulled from the crash, as the vehicles went up in flames, but her parents died in the burning auto, along with the 4WD's driver.
Home and Away actress, Jessica Falkholt, who has been fighting for life since a horrific auto crash on Boxing Day, has reportedly had her life support turned off.
According to the Daily Mail, Jessica's heartbroken family had kept a bedside vigil in the Intensive Care Unit at St George Hospital where Jessica had been in a medically induced coma.
The actress, 29, her parents Vivian, 60, and Lars, 69, and her younger sister Annabelle, 21, were driving home from a Christmas vacation when another vehicle crashed into theirs.
Her younger sister, 21-year-old Annabelle, passed away in hospital soon after.
Jessica has had several surgeries including the removal of a kidney and part of her skull.

'The irony of this tragedy is Lars was such a careful driver, ' Mr Ponticello said.
He also spoke about the love between his sister and brother-in-law: "They are together and always will be".
Family members of Vivian's family flew from Italy for the service, while a service was also held for Lars in his homeland of Sweden.
After two driving bans and multiple convictions, including three for driving over the alcohol limit and one for driving under the influence of drugs, Whitall still managed to get his driving license back in December 2016.
