Havaldar Roshan Lal, one of the four Indian Army soldiers killed in Pakistan shelling in Rajouri district on Sunday night, gave this advice to his son hours when they spoke in the morning.
While the Indian Army has made a decision to avenge the killing of four soldiers by Pakistan troops in Rajouri sector of Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday, the foreign office of Pakistan on Monday accused India of unprovoked ceasefire violation.
A day after four army personnel, including a captain, were martyred in shelling by Pakistani troops along the LoC in Jammu and Kashmir, the BJP faced heat within its ranks as well as outside.
Speaking at an election rally at Barjala in Agartala of poll-bound Tripura, the Home Minister said, "I have given standing orders to our forces to shoot limitless bullets to retaliate a single fire on our territory by the Pakistani forces". Vice chief Lt Gen Sarath Chand saying the Army has been responding appropriately to Pakistan shelling, asserting that India will continue to give a "befitting reply" to such acts.
Shahid said intermittent cross-LoC firing was on when reports last poured in.
On Sunday, four Indian soldiers were killed and four other persons were injured in the firing in Rajouri and Poonch districts. Poonch had also been targetted previously, and the Pakistani army had used automatic weapons and mortars to cause damage to people and property.

The warning says: "There is a 90% probability of severe cold weather, icy conditions and snow between Sunday and Friday". However, widespread showers are expected to cross the country from the east from the afternoon through the evening.
The soldiers who lost their lives were from the 15 Jammu and Kashmir Light Infantry Battalion of the Indian Army's 25 Infantry Division.
Pakistan resorted to machine gun firing and mortar shelling at villages on the Indian side in Jammu, Rajouri and Poonch forcing panic stricken inhabitants to flee and take shelter in safer places.
In a statement on Sunday, the Indian Army said: "The martyrdom of Indian Army soldiers will not go in vain".
Meanwhile the district administration Rajouri has closed all 84 schools located near the LoC for three days.
A man and a woman, both villagers, were said to have been killed in the incident and three, including a six-month-old, were injured.
