To mark International Women's Day, the French government has unveiled a task force to monitor the gender gap in the workplace and promote professional equality, said Marlene Schiappa, secretary of state for gender equality on Thursday. International Women's Day is a collective day of global celebration and a call for gender parity. In the music sector, we are working with FACTOR, Musicaction and national music organizations to ensure that measures are in place to support inclusion, women's representation and diversity throughout the music industry.
