Phase Three is the most intense portion in which teams may hold ten days of organized team activities and a veteran minicamp. That means there can not be team drills or any live contact.
The second phase lasts three weeks and consists of on-field workouts that may include individual player instruction and drills. The heavy lifting of the offseason is still to come, but the relationship between staff and roster begins this week. Once again, no live contact is permitted during those OTA practices, however, 7-on-7, 9-on-7, and 11-on-11 drills are allowed to take place per the rules in the CBA.
Following the NFL Draft, the Chargers will also hold a rookie minicamp at a time TBD. The third phase runs June 12-14 and those days are required attendance for all the Browns.
