He said if the "caravan" reaches the USA border "our laws are so weak and so pathetic.it's like we have no border".
Brandon Judd, leader of the union representing border patrol agents, predicted on "Fox & Friends" that those in the caravan would create havoc and chaos in the U.S.as they wait for what he described as immigration reform. He said Republicans should enact "tougher laws now".
Since Sunday, Trump has sent several tweets addressing immigration, which the White House says was fueled by reports of a caravan of Central American migrants heading for the U.S. But she said the president's attacks on Mexico and threats about ending NAFTA are not helpful.
He also tweeted on Easter saying in part, "NO MORE DACA DEAL".
Vazquez was brought to the US from Mexico when she was two-years-old and has been a DACA recipient for four years.
The mention of a caravan apparently referred to a group of 1,500 men, women and children from Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador who are traveling in a "refugee caravan" organized by the US -based immigration advocacy group Pueblo sin Fronteras, whose Spanish name means People Without Borders. The President said Mexico must act, and stop the flow of drugs and people. Cash cow NAFTA is in play, as is a foreign aid to Honduras and the countries that allow this to happen. Trump ended the program previous year, but gave Congress six months to pass legislation enshrining it.
Meanwhile, the Trump administration has introduced production quotas for immigration judges in an effort to reduce enormous court backlogs, raising concern among judges and attorneys that decisions may be unfairly rushed.

Other news organizations, including The Providence Journal, saw the Sinclair statement as undermining freedom of the press. He went on to track down some of the Sinclair affiliated news anchors, who describe the experience as a "forced read".
Ohio Gov. John Kasich, a Republican, chided Trump over the tone of the tweets. Trump announced previous year that he was ending the program that protects young "Dreamer" immigrants, but the Department of Homeland Security is continuing to issue renewals because of a court order.
And in 2014, as a surge of unaccompanied minors from Central America crossed into the United States, Texas Gov. Rick Perry announced the activation of up to 1,000 National Guard troops to help secure the southern border.
The United States is renegotiating the North American Free Trade Agreement with Mexico and Canada.
Now many DACA recipients argued they oppose having their fate tied to a border wall. This is not the first time.
Nielsen on Monday discussed the issue of the caravan with her Mexican counterparts, according to a tweet from Mexican Secretary Alfonso Navarrete that DHS confirmed occurred. In most cases, they are released because there is no place to house them.
"Honestly, I thought it was an April Fool's thing", says Vazquez.
"Our legislators actually have to stand up, and the Republicans control the House and the Senate, they do not need the Democrat support to pass any laws they want", said Mr. Judd on the program.
Trump wrote: "Mexico is doing very little, if not NOTHING, at stopping people from flowing into Mexico through their Southern Border, and then into the U.S. They laugh at our dumb immigration laws".
