He also said heaven had sanctioned that the PDP would continue to rule in Ekiti State after the expiration of the tenure of Governor Ayodele Fayose.
The National Publicity Secretary of the party, Kola Ologbondiyan, made this known when he briefed newsmen on preparations for the primary in Abuja on Monday.
The adhoc delegates consist of the three delegates elected from each of the wards in the state.
The CNPP said it was pleased with the openness and orderliness with which the PDP conducted its governorship primary in Ekiti state as it urged its members to not only emulate the exercise but improve on the level transparency.
It said: "The unprecedented orderliness and spirit of sportsmanship that pervaded the exercise is a clear testimony of the engrained values of fairness and strict adherence to internal democracy in the rebranded, repositioned and retooled PDP".
The chairman of the electoral committee, Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State who was in charge of the process, called the delegates out one after the other and did a personal headcount as they lined up to cast their votes.

He expressed gratitude to Dayo Adeyeye for exhibiting high volume of dexterity and courage throughout the period the pre-primary election.
"The party further lauds the stakeholders in the state for keeping to their resolve to work together to ensure the victory of the party at the main election, irrespective of the outcome of the primary election".
The PDP Deputy National Chairman (South), Mr. Yemi Akinwonmi, while presenting the certificate to the party's governorship candidate on behalf of the National Chairman, Prince Uche Secondus, described the primary that produced Olusola as credible, transparent and unchallenged.
