On Sunday evening, authorities took Locklear into custody and charged her with battery on a police officer and emergency personnel.
According to TMZ, the Ventura County Fire and Sheriff's Departments responded at the home of the "Melrose Place" star last Sunday after a family member placed a 911 call out of concern. Deputies arrested Locklear, but before booking her, they wanted to medically clear her because of the way she acted, and she seemed heavily intoxicated, authorities said. Locklear allegedly threatened to shoot the deputies who responded to her home and pushed and kicked them in an attempt to remove them from the house.
Locklear has made headlines in recent months for her tempestuous personal life.
